How fast can you reach me?
We operate 24/7, 365 days a year — nights, weekends and holidays included — and once an emergency is confirmed a team has a 20-minute dispatch target; arrival is confirmed by our team.
Can you fix my car at the roadside?
Where the problem is a tyre, we fit a replacement on the spot wherever possible. When a roadside fix is not possible, we recover the vehicle safely.
Will I know the price before you arrive?
Yes — the price is confirmed before we set off, so there is no surprise roadside bill when we arrive.
How do you pay?
We agree the full price and any deposit before dispatch. After you accept, pay the agreed deposit through our Paydit link. The remaining balance is paid to the driver on site by card, cash or bank transfer.
