Returns and cancellations
Change your mind before fitting and you have a fortnight. After fitting, the law still protects you.
Before your tyres are fitted
You can cancel an unfitted order within 14 days, for any reason, for a full refund. Because tyres are never posted to you, there is nothing to package up and nothing to send back — cancelling the order is the whole process. Once we confirm your cancellation we refund the full amount to the way you paid, usually within a few working days. Online card payment is in test mode — no card is charged. Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.
Once your tyres are fitted
After fitting, the 14-day cancellation window no longer applies — but your statutory rights do. Under UK consumer law, tyres must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy: repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Nothing on this page reduces those rights.

A note on this policy
Online card payment is in test mode — no card is charged. Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Every tyre we fit is also covered by our 6-month tyre guarantee.
