Contact the team promptly about a change, cancellation or payment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Before your tyres are fitted
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact the team as soon as possible with your booking reference. If you have paid a deposit, include the payment reference too. We will explain the next steps and any refund due under your applicable rights and the circumstances of your booking. Cancelling a request on the website does not automatically process a Paydit refund.
Once your tyres are fitted
Your statutory rights continue after fitting. Tyres must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy: repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Nothing on this page reduces those rights.
How to start a return

Your booking deposit
The deposit is an agreed part-payment of your total quote. After payment is verified, the team arranges dispatch. The remaining balance is paid to the driver on site by card, cash or bank transfer. This page does not limit your statutory rights.
